    Festival Tower provides a designated End of Trip facility, with amenities ranging from bike racks and showers to vending machines and a complimentary towel service.

  • Where is the closest post office?

    The closest walking distance post office is located at 59 City Cross Arcade (upstairs next to Harvey Norman).

    The closest red (daily) & yellow (express) postal boxes are on North Tce between Blyth St & Bank St.

  • Where is the closest gym?

  • Where can I hold events?

  • Where are the public bathrooms?

    The nearest public bathrooms are located on the Elder Park side of Festival Plaza. These are open “during daylight hours”.

  • Is free Wi-Fi available?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all common areas of the precinct, including all tower lobbies, in our retail venues and Festival Plaza. Simply go to your Wi-Fi settings and look for available Festival Tower Wi-Fi connections.

    We recommend using the Uber App however, Festival Tower is easily accessible by a dedicated taxi rank on North Terrace, located just outside the Adelaide Railway Station just before Station Road.

  • How can vehicles access Festival Tower?

    The best drop off/pick up location is along King William Rd.

  • How can pedestrians access Festival Tower?

    Festival Tower is accessible from North Terrace via Station Road; King William Rd via the Festival Plaza, or via walkways from the riverbank.

  • Where are accessibility ramps around Festival Tower?

    Festival Tower is easily accessible from North Terrace via Station Road, or King William Rd via the Festival Plaza.

    Accessibility ramps are also available to reach Festival Tower via the riverbank/Elder Park.

  • Where is the closest car park?

    Festival Tower is conveniently serviced by its own 24hr, secure on-site car park. Festival Car Park provides ample public car spaces. Tenants can gain direct access directly to Festival Tower from the car park by using their access card. Visitors can use the lifts to take them to Festival Plaza where Festival Towers main entrance is located. The Festival Car Park can be accessed from King William Road and Montefiore Road.

  • Where is the Loading Dock?

    The loading dock is located in the Festival Tower Carpark, accessible by turning off King William Rd onto Festival Drive and following the direction markers/signs.
